Jeremy is the founder of JEEN IP LAW and is a patent agent with more than 20 years of experience in the field of patent law and engineering and science, including but not limited to pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, polymers, medical imaging, medical devices, optics, LED technology, semiconductors, engineered materials, superconductors, batteries/alternative energy technologies, sensors, artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning/data mining platforms.
Further, Jeremy prosecutes patents and manages patent portfolios worldwide. He provides strategic U.S. and foreign patent portfolio development and management, due diligence investigation, patentability and validity assessments, freedom-to-operate analysis, and patent strategy counseling.
He also has experience in post-grant proceedings, including inter partes review (IPR) before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Marc A. Ferrari is co-founder of JEEN IP LAW and is a Patent Attorney with more than 20 years of experience in obtaining and defending intellectual property rights for clients in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and diagnostics.
Marc advises on all aspects of patent prosecution and opposition, supplementary protection certificates, patent validity, and infringement. He has experience in developing global IP strategies for established biotech companies and start-ups, as well as managing patent portfolios worldwide. Marc's unique background in physics and biology allows her to counsel clients in matters involving various aspects of cell biology, genomics, proteomics, molecular biology, food science, biopharmaceuticals, and biophysics, as well as emerging technologies at the convergence of biological and physical sciences. Marc has represented clients in highly competitive areas of RNA (ribonucleic acid) interference (RNAi) and CRISPR/Cas gene editing (clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats).
